Our company is a full-service pool builder, concrete pool design and construction company. “Full Service” means that we offer a full range of services to all our clients from the initial concept creation of your concrete swimming pool to the final handover of your completed swimming pool dream. This can also include any concrete and tiling surrounds, feature walls, spa’s and fencing requirements including fully frameless glass fencing. We tailor pool packages to suit individual needs and budgets, no project is too small or too large, too complex, or too simple.

As our highest priority, we will respond promptly to all enquiries and will arrange to meet you to establish a clear understanding of your vision. Robert will provide you with a comprehensive quote and unique design, specific to your wants and needs. During construction, Robert will be on the job for the duration of the project as we do not utilise the service of a salesman. All contractors onsite will be managed by Origin Pools and we will keep you up to date with the progress of you project and all requirements needed to access your property and complete your pool.

And the day you’ve been waiting for – Handover day or “just add water” day. Once your swimming pool is complete and full of fresh water, our thorough handover process will equip you with the knowledge you need to maintain your brand-new swimming pool and surrounds for many years to come. This will include a basic handover kit with the essential items you need to clean your pool and conduct water tests, as well as a run through of all your Pool Equipment including  and how to operate your robotic pool cleaner or any other item included in your swimming pool package. 

Our service doesn’t stop there – We will supply you with ongoing support regarding your responsibilities as a new pool owner and answer any questions you have in the coming months. You may have technical questions regarding your pool equipment or about your water quality – we can put you in touch with industry experts to trouble shoot any questions you may have.

All our projects are backed by a Master Builders contract – ensuring everything is clearly set out for you and guarantee’s you the highest quality work. We are licensed through the QBCC and NSW licensing.

1. Check that the Builder is licensed and a member of a trusted industry association such as Masters Builders Queensland and New South Wales.
2. Read review’s! Don’t just take the Builders word for it – what do other people think? Google Reviews are powerful, honest and direct from the client’s own experiences.
3. Experience – Check the Builders credential’s and workmanship via reviews, social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook and view previous projects – Is this in line with your expectations?
4. Make contact with more than one builder but be sure to compare “apple with apples” – not all quotes are the same – the devil is in the detail and whilst quotes might vary by up to a few thousand dollars – make sure this isn’t because one builder is offering high quality and well-made Australian Products over a builder who may be using cheaper, inferior products. If in doubt – call it out!
5. Ask for help, you are not expected to be the expert – the Builder is. If you need help selecting products and understanding the layout of the quote or contract – ask for assistance from an Industry expert such as the Master Builders, the QBCC or NSW Fair Work. 6. Get everything in writing – disputes can be easily rectified if everything is in the contract prior to signing and commencing your project.
